NYC Postpartum Doula Services

Daytime postpartum Doula Service

A daytime postpartum doula’s primary focus is education. They are there to teach you everything you want to know about newborns and parenthood, leaving you feeling confident and comfortable. While not licensed therapists, postpartum doulas are there as a listening ear to support you through the many changes of the fourth trimester. They support rest, healing, and bonding and may provide household support in the form of childcare, meal prep, and tidying up.

Overnight Postpartum Doula Services

Overnight doula’s specialize in newborn care and facilitating rest. They can take charge of the formula feeding while you rest, help with pump and bottle logistics, or bring baby to you for breast/bodyfeeding and then handle the soothing and diapering while you get back to sleep. Overnight doula support is for families who want to maximize as much sleep as possible in the early days.
