Jeanette was an absolute dream to work with leading up to and during my labor with my first son. She provided expertise, practical guidance, emotional grounding, and physical support that made the 26-hour process doable. She was also a huge help in supporting my husband and making sure we felt prepared and guided thru a new and sometimes scary life event. Would absolutely work with her again.

I did not have a great first birth experience. My second birth was incredible - and it's because of Yael and Elizabeth. Even though I was having a second C-section, they helped me ensure that it was an empowering experience. I was able to enjoy skin-to-skin in the OR and in most of recovery, had outstanding nursing support with their visits and texts, and they even helped manage the very excited grandparents so I could rest. They helped prepare me and coach me to successfully nurse, and I continue to stay in touch with them because I just adore them both.

Even though I ended up having a scheduled C-section (aka not the birth I was hoping for!) Jen helped me have the birth and first few weeks I hoped for. She was a calm, caring and steadfast presence before and after delivery and held my hand when my pain medication was mismanaged. She also helped advocate for me keeping my placenta for encapsulation when the doctors were questioning.
